Our facility is equipped with a wide range of CNC lathe, travelling-spindle CNC lathes, travelling tools, CAM type precision Automatic Lathes, targeting at the products needed to be finished for only once by lathing or milling, the O.D. range of part size we can do is from 10mm (0.24 inch) to 350mm ( 13.78 inch).
Also have a wide range of precision millers with CNC Rotary Table and CNC Index Table, the table size is from 1000 x 600mm ( 39.37 x 23.62 inch) to 1500 x 850mm ( 59 x 33.46 inch).
During the past years, we have been an OEM and ODM supplier to a steady client base of large corporations due to we could handling the material, manufacturing processes, heat treatment and surface treatment, etc. The industries such as :
