A. Polyester fabric 300D x 300D & 600D x 600D fabric, it is the synthetic fabric.
This fabric was mainly using on Cushion for sun longer chair or outdoor furniture such as umbrella.
Because it is cheaper fabric that can fabricate to solid color or printing with colorful pattern and with Water Repellent to use on outdoor cushion.
The color fastness of this fabric can access follow market standard.
a. In USA market; this fabric color fastness can access 40 - 120hour 4 grade according to AATCC 16E USA standard.
b. In Europe Market; this fabric color fastness can access 4 - 6 grade of ISO 105 B02 Europe standard.
B. Spun polyester fabric and Spun Spun fabric; it is the also synthetic fabric.
This fabric has high density weaving texture with more thick and weight than above 300D and 600D fabric.
It also can be fabricate to solid color or printing with colorful pattern and with Water Repellent to use on outdoor cushion.
Due to its high density weaving texture make this fabric has fluffy surface and comfortable hand touch.
The color fastness of this fabric can access follow market standard.
a. In USA market; this fabric color fastness can access in 200 - 400hour 4 grade according to AATCC 16E USA standard.
b. In Europe Market; this fabric color fastness can over 6 grades of ISO 105 B02 Europe standard.
C. P.P. Olefin, it is the earth-friendly fabric.
It is also has fluffy surface and comfortable hand touch and the color fastness can access 1200hr.
The color fastness of this fabric can access follow market standard.
a. In USA market: this fabric color fastness can access 1200hour 4 grade according to AATCC 16E USA standard.
b. In Europe Market: this fabric color fastness can access 8 grades of ISO 105 B02 Europe standard.
D. Polyester solution fabric
