It was established in 1983, in Thailand with an initial investment capital of baht 22 million, as a manufacturer of polyethylene pipes and fittings with its production facilities then located at amata city industrial estate, rayong to accomodate the production capacity about 21,000 tons/year on the site of 20,000 square metres of land.
