AD Metalec-Prilep (Metalec C. S. ) was established in Prilep, Republic of Macedonia, in 1970. The main activities of our company are design, manufacturing and montage of all types steel armatures into the constriction sector. Our company has built many buildings and facilities in Republic of Macedonia, former Yugoslavia, the Russian Federation, Libya, Iraq, Vietnam, etc. Just to mention, we have to state that our company until 1983 was part of GOSHA group, located in Smederenska Palanka. In this statement, we want to briefly mention our completed projects and activities so far, in manufacturing with montage, or just export and delivery of steel armatures.
1. Steel armatures in high-building
Thermoelectric facility I, II, III in Bitola, Macedonia, with over 10,000 tones.
Thermoelectric facility in Kakanj IV and V, with over 8500 tones.
Sport facilities in Prilep, Urosevac, Negotino on Vardar, Vinica, as well as the airport Surchin over 2000 tones.
Different public service facilities over 1000 tones.
Different manufacturing hales and industrial objects, with over 20,000 tones.
Shipbuilding facility Sava in Machvanska Mitrovica, Croatia, over 2000 tones.
Different objects in the agricultural sector, farms, etc.
Different types of warehouses and storage facilities.
2. Bridge construction
Bridges in Vietnam,64 meters, over 1000 tones
Bridges in Serbia and Montenegro, over 1000 tones.
3. Industrial black infrastructure, windows, doors, and lanterns
4. Performance into the tinsmith sector, layout of roofs, facades with trapeze tin and finalized panel sandwiches.
5. Maintain activities for the thermoelectric facility TE Bitola and TE Oslomej, Kicevo, R. Of Macedonia.
6. Development of reserve particles and non-standard equipment for usage in the thermoelectric facilities.
7. Input equipment for the agricultural sector.
8. Production and montage of sun collectors for every type of objects and buildings;
9. Production of auto containers and their upgrade on tracks designated for collection and processing of city waste.
The auto containers are of 13 m3 with pressure blocks. The vehicle is designated for collection, storage, pressing and processing, transportation, and uploading of waste materials. The vehicle is equipped with hydraulic device for acceptance and uploading of street containers, from 1,1 m2 volume.
Standards: Production of all kinds of steel constructions by the standards corresponding with the needs of the client: DIN, UNI, GOST, AFNOR or any other requested standard. For production of the steel construction we prepare complete Attest documentation, needed for technical reception (transfer) of the object.
Recently, the company wanted to facilitate even greater economic growth of the city and therefore it decided to open a Free Economic Zone in its industrial estate with a stareting area of 30 ha with opportunity to expand. Thus, any company that is ready to respond to the challenges of international business, can open its subsidy in the zone and gain presence in the emerging market of Southeastern Europe.
The company AD METALEC is decided to stand and provide variety of services for our potential investors, by directly aiding with logistics, play a role as an agent and distributor, etc.
The incentives of the zone can vary from monetary to labor. The companies can perform tax-free activities (no VAT, Property Tax, Tax on Annual Profit), etc. Also, the companies can work under these tax benefits for a period of 10 years with a possibility of extension for an additional period of time. In addition to this, companies operating in the zone can directly recruit local residence. The city of Prilep has long industrial tradition, thus the availability of skillful and enthuziastic labor is large. All companies operating in the zone are obliged to regularly pay for salaries and communial taxes (which are reduced for the participants in the zone)
