Intermar is represented by Its General Manager and main owner is Mr Nejib
Triki, and Fischer & Rechsteiner srl Lecco - Italy, which is a freight
forwarder company too.

Actually, we handle most of our FCL/LCL traffic (by containers and
trailers) between Italy and Tunisia, with 60% of door to door shipments. We
assure also containers and groupage services by trucks, containers and
through rails transport from and to other European destinations, mainly in
French, Spain and Turkey, etc...

The rest of our traffic ranges from all the other western European countries
to the Far East as well as north and south America. We successfully control
all steps of each single shipment, from first contacts and pick up to final
delivery, thanks to a reliable overseas network of correspondents. As part
of our standard services we provide our customers with full information
about their goods during the entire transport process.

- Shipping agency

INTERMAR can operate as shipping agent in all Tunisian ports. We gave
assistance to ship owners by chartering trump vessels for several voyages
between Turky and Tunisia on the account of the following companies: ARCELIK
and ABRA MARITIME, who is the agent of the ship owner OVERSEAS. We are
highly interested in finding a ship owner ready to establish a business
cooperation and exploit our platform.

- Warehousing
Our warehouse is 1800 sqm large. It is fully equipped to handle all kind of
cargo as well as to provide consolidation and breakbulk services.
We dispose of a 4000 sqm yard, fenced and guarded 24h/24h , for trailler
storage.

We also dispose of 6800 sqm to be exploited for any kind of project,
included a possible partnership with a ship owner, once all permissions will
be ready and fitting works ended. We foresee to acquire the necessary
equipment to best exploit a new container platform in Tunisia.
- T.I.R.
In 1998 the partners of Intermar founded TIRMAR, our company for domestic
and international land trucking with its own trucks and trailers which allow
fast and punctual deliveries and picking up. We started with 2 trucks and 4
trailers, only to satisfy the needs of our traffic, but we will increase the
number of our transport means to face the requirements of a bigger traffic.
- Our branch in SFAX
Starting from September 2001 we extended our activity to Sfax, in the south
of Tunisia, where we opened a new branch in order to best exploit the
interesting market in that area. This is a platform from which we can
control traffics between north and south Tunisia.
- Customs
We can carry out customs formalities in case this is requested by our
shippers/consignees.

In brief, we provide all the necessary services assistance needed we can
offer to ensure lowest prices while maintaining very high standard of
efficiency. We also deal with project cargos and heavy lift haulage through
sub-contractors.

and thanks to trained personnel who have vast experience in each department
of shipping trade and who is constantly trained in keeping in touch with the
modern development of the transport industry.
