In the year of 1970, Kayalar has gone into in the armature industry as producing some spare parts in the sector. The years in between 1973 -1990 can be called as jumped years due to increased capacity and production. For this reason Kayalar has moved to new factory in Anadolu Hisar.
For the purpose of making modernization and increase the production volume, Kayalar decided to income the technology for the machine from europe at the beginning with Germany. After this enterprised, the highest technologhy with good quality and speedy production is obtained. So, Kayalar gained a capability to make many different items in the sector.
At the end of the enterprises and by due to research department, Kayalar has got highest technologhy and capability to make own machines itself. So, lots of machines have been manufactured for production and some of machines have been overhauled and modernised in order to increase the productivity.
As a result of the above development, Kayalar needed to move to another big production area. A new factory has been constructed on their own area which have 10.000 M2 of closed area in Samandira. Than the factory moved to the new area and started production. So, lots of different products are included the production list and still new different products are being studied to be include for the list.
Now, Kayalar Press is one of the leader in the armature industry with the its expriences in the armature sector with high technology and the world quality.
The development is not obtained with only machining enterprices, It is also provided with making the best of the best in the continously time duration. As a parallel of this principle, a new department has been established to manage the quality, productivity and system development in the factory. So, In the year of 2004, The ISO9001:2000 quality system has been applied and this system has been registred and approvaled with a quality certificate.
Now, Kayalar Press is a company which care about to be most unswerving with the customers' satisfaction. The first undoubted imperative is to care of customer satisfaction. With this principle, today , the KAS products are asked in the market everywehere in Turkey from north to south and from east to west.
