Our factory was established in 2006 for towel radiator manufacturing on a total area of 7. 050 m2 of which 5. 000 m2 is indoor area. Both central heating radiators and towel-pan radiators for towel drying are produced in our factory, where 95% of total production is exported to many countries.
Our radiators consisting of coated straight, coated oval, chromium plated oval are produced conforming to TSE EN 442 standarts. Our annual production capacity is 200. 000 pcs consisting of 100. 000 of coated radiators and 100. 000 of chromium plated radiators. Our products are made of the 1st quality pipe and profile and subjected to three different leakage tests before delivery to customers (13 Bar) . The chromium plated towel-pan radiators are processed in full automatic chromium plating units established within the body of the factory.
The coated towel-pan radiators are painted with EPOXY POLYESTER ELECTROSTATIC POWDER PAINT based on RAL standarts in full automatic units. The towel-pan radiators, which are taken under process to produce chromium plated and coated radiators, are transfered to shipment department following the quality stages consisting of initial, process and final controls starting from the raw material until final product. The products transferred to shipment department are packed with bubble nylon, cardboard case and shrinkage packages for delivery. Our radiators featuring an easy assembly are delivered with the assembly tools. All our towel-pan radiators with high quality and standartsa re quarenteed for 6 years.
