Since 1970, Faymteks, F&R Collections parent company, has been providing high quality textiles to an expanding number of satisfied clients. Founded in Bursa, Turkey, Faymteks mission is providing domestic garment manufacturers with superior fabric, in a timely manner, and at a competitive price. In 1995, Faymteks recognized a market for their products in Europe and the Americas, and F&R Collection was established as an export company. Ever since, we have been providing quality textile products not only in Turkey, but throughout Europe and America. We have over 35 years of experience and it shows!
With modern machinery and skilled employees, we produce dyed and printed fabrics. Our prints are created by flat bed, rotary screen and speedy digital printing processes. In addition to printed and dyed fabrics, we also offer original Batique, Jaquards, and Yarn-Dyed fabrics. Our Production capacity for printing is 500.000 meters per month and 300,000 meters per month for dyeing.
Our advanced design department creates approximately 10 new designs per week. We also offer custom designs, expeditiously created specifically for the needs of our customers. All of our designs are updated according to the newest fashion trends. Our current collection contains thousands of unique designs, and, with new designs added every season, it continues to grow.

At F&R Collection we utilize the most modern printing machinery and techniques. Our six step printing process ensures all orders will be of the highest quality. By using this process, and a variety of dyes, we are able to print any design, up to 12 colors, onto fabrics such as Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Rayon, Linen and various blends. This is a brief description of our process.
1. Preparing for printing: First we wash the grey fabric to get rid of the dirt and other impurities. This takes place in our water jet machine or continuous washing machine depending on the quantity of fabric.
2. After the grey fabric has been washed, it will be opened to full width and passed through a dryer to stabilize the width and prepare it for the printing process. Here the preparation of the fabric for printing ends.
3. The prepared fabric is then printed in our flat-print or rotary machine, depending on the type of design. For smaller orders we use two 165cm Mimaki Textile Jet Tx2-1600 Inkjet Printers. These digital printers produce the same quality results as flat-bed and rotary techniques.
4. The color on the printed fabric must then be fixated onto the fabric. This prevents the colors from running when washed. The fixation takes place in the fixation machine which uses a high-temperature steam process.
5. After the color has been fixated onto the fabric, the printed fabric will be washed once again. The fabric is then opened to full width after washing.
6. The last step is to pass the fabric, once again, through the dryer. In this step we can adjust the width and shrinkage of the finished fabric.
