Ottercreek products was formed by felicity stockwell directly after the foot and mouth outbreak in the uk. She has fought beaurocracy to become a goat farmer and produce some outstanding cheeses rated amongst the best in norfolk.
An offshoot of the goat dairying business has been to also produce organic kid meat(culled stock at around six months old)and beautiful, professionally tanned kid, goat skins and chamois leathers. Hand spun hebridean and mohair wool is also available.
