We are art hunters. We study the demand of art markets; we hunt brilliant and unique artworks, which can be essentially standing for a specific culture; we search for genius artists, for whom we try whatever to introduce what they have been doing in art to the public, enabling them to gain reputations through a variety of marketing activities. Sunning their artworks on our website is the thriller that we do. ArtSun.co.uk starts our hunting projects from China. One of the reasons is that the dream builders Peter Qiu, Evan Ye and Bill Liang are all from China. We are also experts in the knowledge of Chinese the mainstream and minority cultures. The first time we realized our dream is in the year 2008 when Peter showed his British friends how to make a Chinese Calligraphy artwork. His friends told us that it was amazing and that they had never seen that before. In the further marketing research, we get to know that there are still so many superb folk artworks, such as peasant paintings, wood carvings, paper carvings, bamboo art, cloth art, embroidering art, etc, that made by those brilliant folk artists in both famous and unknown area staying unknown by most of the British public, although some are sold in China Town. And this is the second reason that we go for the culture hunting project in China. Furthermore, some genius Chinese folk artists gained their reputation in China though; they are still rarely recognized by people from other countries. We were then realizing we should help them, study them, and introduce their stories and artworks to UK.
