SHIPPING & RETURNS
UK & EUROPE

Delivery to UK Mainland costs 7 (pounds) + VAT per box, up to a maximum weight of 30kg per box. All UK Mainland deliveries are made by Interlink Express.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight costs 12 (Pounds) + VAT per box (maximum 30kg per box). Deliveries to these areas are made by Parcelforce.

European Delivery Rates (per box rates, maximum 30kg per box)

Zone 1: 14 (Pounds) per box (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)

Zone 2: 16(pounds) per box (Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein*, Switzerland*)

Zone 3: 19 (pounds) per box (Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain)

Zone 4: 25 (pounds) per box (Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden)

Zone 5: 33 (pounds) per box (Bosnia-Herzegovina*, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece (inc. islands), Iceland*, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro*, Norway*, Romania, Serbia*)

* customs clearance charge of 25 (pounds) will also be applied

All European deliveries are made by DPD.

If you require delivery to an area not listed above we will be happy to obtain quotes for you. Please contact us with your requirements before placing an order and we will make inquiries on your behalf to get the best price possible.

RETURNS POLICY

All of our products are brand new and are checked to ensure they meet our high standards before packing. However, if you find any faults or any items are not as described we will be happy to arrange a replacement or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence of any problems and we will begin the returns procedure. Please do not return any goods without first receiving confirmation from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
