St. James is a family owned, traditional smokehouse located in the lowland Scottish village of Annan, Scotland. We select only the finest quality fresh, sustainable Scottish Salmon from our approved Scottish Salmon growers for our 'Scotch Reserve' products.
Our fish is filleted and trimmed by hand in our own filleting plant that was built in 2012. We then hand cure each fillet with pure Kosher sea salt & brown sugar and then traditionally smoke over smoldering oak chippings. St. James Smokehouse uses only natural, pure & fresh raw materials and we strictly forbid the use of artificial flavors or preservatives.
All our Scottish products are custom made to order - guaranteeing maximum freshness from a truly authentic product of Scotland.

St. James Scotch Reserve proudly received yet another 5 GTA Gold Awards. St James continues to show it's reputation as the worlds most awarded smoked salmon.
