Andover Fork Truck Services, situated in Andover have been providing a high quality service and supply of new and refurbished materials handling equipment to our customer base for the past 32 years. We have been Mitsubishi main agents for 30 years and have held the Gold Award for Excellence for the last 9 years winning 2007 and 2008 Dealer of the year, Andover Fork Truck Services together with Mitsubishi pride ourselves on our excellent service and customer care. We are also main agents for the full Combilift multi directional Truck range and the full Pramac Warehouse range.
Service
We are constantly assessing our dealership-trained engineers as we are determined to provide the highest standard of service at the lowest possible cost to our customers. We have built a reputation on working with the customer providing a speedy and reliable response. All mobile service engineers are linked by mobile telephones and can bring their mobile workshop/store to your site within 2 hours of your call, although in 98% of cases this is within 1 hour. Routine maintenance servicing is arranged by appointment allowing you to plan for minimum disruption to your day to day work. Our engineers undergo regular training via the manufacturer, as well as regular Health & Safety programmes.
Sales
Andover Fork Truck Services are appointed dealers for the Mitsubishi range of counterbalance trucks and warehouse range, Pramac pedestrian warehouse range and Combilift multi directional trucks. We can offer new and fully refurbished trucks from pallet trucks through to large capacity industrial trucks. Demonstration machines are always available at no cost to you.
Parts
Our stores stock in excess of 150,000 worth of genuine parts and we have computer link up direct to Mitsubishi for a quick spares response.
Hire Trucks
We have a 250-truck fleet of long and short term hire trucks with various specifications to suit your needs.
Training
Driver training courses are available for all levels of experience and can be arranged to take place at your premises or at our training centre.
