Product Availability:
The Suppliers product line is extensive, including D2, JP54, LNG, LPG, Mazut , SLCO, BLCO etc. Note, however, that the seller sends most of its Mazut directly to the Chinese Government and what remains is sold to buyers who have already completed a transaction with them for D2 or another product as may be agreed upon. seller has an ongoing supply of product but a reasonable quantity for a first D2 contract is 500,000 X 12, and for JP54, 4,000,000 X 12. These quantities can be increased after satisfactory performance begins.
Price/Discounts: The Supplier is heavily involved in the finance industry in HK. Consequently, the Supplier will provide a very deep discount in return for a BG (or SBLC for US buyers). The price shall be determined to be the average of the 3 (Three) days around the B/L (Bill of Lading) date, PLATT'S OIL MARKET WIRE CIF for the appropriate delivery Port, less discount 25%, on a ship by ship basis, paid by the Buyer. Where more than one months security is provided, the discount will be 25% and, as well, an additional payment in kind of whatever product may be agreed on.
Security and Payment: The transaction is secured by the BG or SBLC and payment is made by SWIFT bank transfer. The BG will be based on the Gross (Platt or Market) price, not on the discounted price.
