Shipping policy: Most shipments will be made within 48 hours of approved order depending on day of the week. Most shipments are sent via UPS ( or fed ex ground on request). In the case of very large orders, shipments will be made upon completion and forwarded via common carrier (truck) unless you request a certain carrier line.

Claims and returns: Merchandise recieved must be checked immediately upon reciept against enclosed packing list of the shipment. All claims and or returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To authorize a return call 1-877-459-6056 and ask for the claims dept. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Differences: Flowers and decorations may vary slightly on caketops and candles. Hair color and color of tuxedos may vary slightly.

Tax information: Wi sales tax will be added to wi residents orders only.
