Customer service is very important to us! We (am sure you as well) have noticed simple customer service is a thing of the past. Rarely is there a "Hi, welcome...." or "thank you". At Mondanica's GIfts & More know that the more someone feels comfortable and confident in a business the more they will do business with them as well as giving free advertising by telling others about the experience they have with that particular business, and word of mouth advertising from a confident customer is the most precious and prized form of advertising a business can recieve!
In these times of struggling budgets, a lot of people, corporations and grants have had to cut back on donations to non-profit/charities who depend on them in order to help those in their communities that are also struggling due to budget cuts, so we looking to start targeting these groups for fundraising in order to help them continue helping others.
We are looking forward to making your indoor and outdoor living spaces more colorful and appealing.
