We do not deal with any mandates outside the united States for legal matters.
We are in process of acquiring partners and financing for an Oil Refinery plant with all approved permits from state and government to be built within the next 18-26 months.
We are interested to speak directly with sellers or the mandate of Crude oil manufacturer to discuss a solid Crude Oil Supply agreement with our refinery to supply the refinery at the time when the Refinery is fully on line and capable of purchasing Crude Oil with an expected time frame of 18-26 months (2010-11) .
We need to provide this info to the lending Bank which they will conduct a full background check on the supplying company and the contracts to make sure the contracts are fully legal and agreed by both parties (Supplier & Refinery) .
We are willing to compensate any intermediaries upon the banks approval of these contracts and funding of the project.
