FLOW WRAPPING (FIN SEAL) . Wrapping products with a poly film. Delta Falcon and Doboy Inverted Flow Wrapper.

ECO-FRIENDLY SUSTAINABLE GREEN PACKAGING. Concerned about the environment? Cws offers sustainable packaging materials including: PLA Polylactide polymer (a corn-based renewable polymer) , RPETG recycled glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate and RPET recycled post consumer polyethylene terephthalate.

TIPPING. Services for pouches / sachets to pharmaceutical bottles.
SHRINK WRAPPING. Minimum of four lines available. Shrink-wrap or bundle almost any size and type of product.
THERMOFORMING. In-House custom thermoforming.
DRY / LIQUID FILLING. Fill by volume or weight: liquid, powder, granular and heavy solids in bottles, jars, tubes, bags, vials and pouches.
SKIN SHEET PACKAGING. Alternative to blister carding: manual and automated in-line skin sheeting systems to match any volume requirements.
VACUUM PACKAGING. When you need a package with an extended shelf life consider the benefits of a vacuum sealed package. Vacuum sealed packages can be sealed up to 26 in Mercury, providing excellent product integrity and longevity.
REWORK. Cws is very adept at taking on rework jobs that need almost immediate turn around. Teardown and repackaging, overlabeling and relabeling, lot inspection, validation and reconciliation complete or partial.
