GLOBAL MARKETING SOURCING AND RECRUITMENT SERVICES, LLC

GMSR was founded in 2004 by executives from the foundry and cosmetic industries as a limited liability company. The purpose of GMSR was to help our existing customers grow by offering them a wide range of products at reasonable cost and "great" service. Our customers, representatives, and suppliers are located in Japan, Hong Kong, France, Canada, Germany, India, and the US.

Our leader for the Industrial materials business has set-up IPO offices in Hong Kong, Korea, and Mexico, and has extensive contacts throughout the Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We have several direct employees whose focus is on Iron Ore and MgFeSi with customers locally. This is a new business for GMSR; however, our employees and leadership have a long history with the end customers and products. Our sales for 2006 should be approximately $100 million.

Our leader for the cosmetic business is a chemical engineer and has a good understanding of the global market for cosmetics and has a specialty for Japan and Taiwan. We have agents in the Northern US and in the Southern US. We also plan to open a retail store in early 2006 with a focus on Cosmetics and Skin Care in AL (now opened), an under served market. We plan to open a second store in the later half of 2006.

In the process of serving our customers, several firms have asked us to represent them in the US and we can provide this service in other countries. We now have several exclusive contracts, including MgFeSi. We also have formed a partnership with a US firm expanding our marketing and customer reach.
