We were just a couple of guys who loved to cook, eat and watch zombie films. We always had a soft spot for Dawn of the Dead and spicy concoctions, but the watery, one-dimensional hot sauces that deliver mouth-melting heat with no flavor left us wanting more.. flavor, that is.

We knew we could create something better, so we started blending exotic peppers and spices from India, Japan, Thailand, Mexico, Europe and South America, to create a sauce that had both heat.. and delicious flavor.

The result? Zach's Zombie Sauce. Its thick, smooth, seductive blend of peppery warmth and fine spices delivers heat, flavor, and that great feeling you get from eating peppers that we like to call 'the Zombie Buzz'.

We unleashed the original Zach's Zombie Sauce on the 2011 Orlando, Florida Chili Cook Off and quickly discovered that eaten alone, on food, or mixed with chili, the public could not resist our sauce. In less than 3 hours, more than 2,000 people slurped, licked, drank, and just plain devoured all the sauce we brought with us.

We then went on to win ribbons (from among hundreds of products!) for both Zach's Marinade and Zach's Sweet Pepper Chutney in the Fiery Food Challenge at ZestFest 2012, Irving, TX. (the longest running, most prestigious zesty foods competition in the industry!)
