Arrowhead International is a leading supplier of ambient tyre recycling systems capable of producing fine crumb powder 0.5mm to 2.5mm, which meets ASTM specifications for cleanliness: 99.5% free of fiber and 99.9% steel free.
We offer systems to handle the tyres outside starting with a trailer tipper to tilt trucks up to empty them into a large hopper. A conveyor takes them to a "singulator" which lays each tire flat onto a conveyor which takes them into a tyre recycling system. This promotes uniform feeding of tires into a primary shredder or a cement kiln. Singulating tires improves line efficiency by assuring the tyre recycling line has a constant amount of tyres being fed in.
We provide systems to produce tire derived fuel or reduce it to a fine powder.

WIRE CLEANERS
We offer a system to clean the recycled tire wire. This reduces landfill costs. It increases profit by reclaiming the crumb rubber trapped in the tire wire.
