Right from our start in 1995, in a small factory in Miami, we were determined to manufacture cigars of unprecedented excellence and quality using old, traditional Cuban cigar making methods. Since that time the cigar world has learned how outstanding our cigars are. Other cigar manufacturers have learned how to make cigars faster and cheaper; cutting corners has become a way of life. At La Tradicion Cubana, we have not followed in their footsteps. All of our premium blended Cuban seed cigars are aged in Spanish cedar and meticulously rolled to perfection by expert tabaqueros (rollers). We have been in the TOP 25 cigars since 1997.
La Tradicion Cubana was started in the heart of Little Havana by Luis M Sanchez. Sanchez, whose family has been in the tobacco industry for almost a century (1928) founded the company in 1995. A fire destroyed the Miami factory in November of 2006 and the cigars are now handmade in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
La Tradicion Cubana adheres to the traditions passed down from generation to generation of expert tobacco craftsmen and creates quality cigars at an affordable price. Made with a blend of Dominican, Nicaraguan, Ecuadorian, Brazilian and Honduran tobacco, these cigars are medium to full bodied smokes full of spicy
and subtle creamy flavors.
