We have very strict standard operating procedures and guarantee delivery with a 2% performance bond on every shipment. Our pricing depends on method of payment and volume and port of discharge. We do not vary our procedures because that slows everything down. If you want us to supply you with OPC you must start with signing our NCND as the end buyer. Next we need ICPO with target price with all the usual information from specs, to monthly quantity, total contract quantity, target price, total contract value, monthly shipment value, and signatory for the company signing with corporate seal. Icpos require full banking (after NCND signed and sealed) with authorization for soft probe (bank to bank) or BCL signed by 2 bank officers representing that your company has financial capability for the transaction. We would love to be of service, but it must be according to our standard operating procedures. We are currently working on several allocations that we own for many hundreds of millions of MTs and we are known for our on time delivery, 100% guaranteed.

Our payment methods in order of decreasing price are irrevocable revolving transferable SBLC, Irrevocable revolving transferable documentary letter of credit for eleven months with an up front prime BG for the twelfth month payment, or nine months TT per month with a three month Irrevocable transferable Prime BG.
