To meet our clients high expectations, our FDA registered, GMP compliant, climate controlled, facility has an on site laboratory and testing facility. Our highly qualified Laboratory Technicians, Chemists, Nutritionists and seasoned Marketing Team are constantly researching the very latest in skin care technology, clinical studies, and developments while performing microbiological, stability and other critical quality control tests.
Our laboratorys commitment to continuing education makes us completely up to date with the latest skin care industrys innovations. If requested, DermaBeautix Laboratories will happily sign confidentiality agreements with our clients.
PRODUCTS & FORMULATIONS
DermaBeautix Laboratories large selection of proven natural skin care products and formulations encompasses virtually all skin type and environmental factors. Our products include, creams, serums, ointments, gels, masks, foaming products, sun care cleansers and specialty skin and body care products.
DermaBeautix Laboratories adheres to strict quality standards and does not use animal derived raw materials or do any animal testing on products. We utilize USP grade raw materials whenever available and performance proven ingredients to ensure the highest product quality and efficacy possible.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
DermaBeautix Laboratories manufacturing processes are GMP compliant and monitored throughout. Our facilitys equipment includes stainless steel mixing and holding vessels, pumps, filters and other specialized equipment. Our high speed filling, capping, labeling, batch coding and shrink wrapping processes use both automated and semi automated equipment.
Our approach to all stages of the manufacturing process always takes into consideration cost, speed, flexibility and quality control.
