Em-Fuel is new type of fuel that is derived from 60 percent fuel (diesel, kerosene, or bunker) and 40% water yielding a EM fuel that exceeds all EPA environmental regulations. EM-Fuel is not an emulsion as after processing there is a maximum of 4% free water. In comparisons with the preprocessed fuel, Em-Fuel costs less than 25-40% of the same quantity of the preprocessed fuel. EM Fuel is 95% -107% efficient of the preprocessed oil, and emits 60 percent less emissions (dust, ash, N Oxides, CO, CO2, 40% for S Oxides) than the preprocessed oil.
