Prodigy CNC INC. Is a manufacturer that focuses exclusively on machining titanium rings.

Our lead programmer/operator has 25 years of machining and programming experience. He has programmed and machined exotic alloys exclusively for the last 10 years. All of our rings are machined on a 2004 model year, CNC lathe that has a cast iron base.

This base is what creates the extreme rigidity needed to give our rings their superior finish. Each of our styles and sizes within that style have their own computer program. Our rings never fluctuate more than.002(inches) in size. All of our rings are machined out of grade 5 Titanium. This grade is the hardest and most durable of all the grades and holds up the best over time. This is the same material that is used to construct military jet fighters and the space shuttle.

When you receive a ring from Prodigy, you can be assured that it was machined by one of only two operators with a combined CNC machining experience of 35 years. This vast experience means that only the highest quality rings leave our facility. We pride ourselves on saving our customers money by being highly efficient and scrapping out very few rings. The process of machining these rings is so precise that being off even.0005(inches) on a finish cutting insert will lead to scrap. This is where a quality machine and an eye for detail come in. A lesser machine or operator is simply not an option when dealing with a highly priced and difficult to machine alloy such as Titanium.

Our facility has the capability to produce up to 7,000 rings per month. When you combine this high volume with our experience and the lower cost of doing business here in Nebraska, you will see the value that is built into our product.

The popularity of Titanium is growing by 8% per year and we feel that we are well positioned to take advantage of this trend. At Prodigy, our main focus is on offering the highest quality, factory direct ring at the lowest price possible. We feel that we have created a rare win-win situation for our customers and ourselves by eliminating the middle man, operating extremely efficiently, and offering the lowest possible price. We offer colored and lasered rings along with our standard polished finished rings.
