We serve as the export department of some manufacturers in locating and setting up mutually beneficial distributorships, mostly on an exclusivity basis. Primarily, these are based on the usefulness and efficacy of the products. We are very committed to these goals, especially in the developing economies. Apart from an exclusive distributorship, licensing contracts is sometimes possible, depending on the particular product(s). We also serve foreign clients(companiesetc. ) to find market for their products within and outside the united states.
we are specialized in sourcing raw materials for different industries and destinations. This may include amongst others, but not limited to bauxite, cashew nuts, coCo., alkanized cocoa powder, cocoa butter, coffee, bone meal, groundnuts, palm oil, raw sorghum, timber, yam, etc.
other aspects include finding/brokering joint venture project partners for our clients in specialized industries including but not limited to textiles, chemicals, transportation and leather. Currently under negotiation is a project to finance fruit juice plants. We are also seeking partners to produce and market environmentally friendly, more efficient and cheaper drying and tanning agents for soft&hard leather.
