Wisdomgolf was founded in 2005 by pat azab ma, lpc for the purpose of publishing and distributing tools for improving the golf swing through guided imagery and visualization practice. Pat has over 30 years experience in sport psychology and has studied and written about the training of mental skills for golf in her book,
"the cooperative method of training for peak performance in golf" currently in progress. Pat has a background in physics and is a licensed professional counselor who has specialized in guided visualization, relaxation and meditation training for over 20 years. She also has extensive golf experience as a teaching and club professional, as well as a competitor on the women's professional golf tour and the futures tour.
