Per Tutti Famiglia products are the first full line of chef quality (IQF) Italian sauces packaged in (4) -5# or (20) -1# boil-in-bags. We have developed seven flavors, Nona's Spaghetti Gravy, Marinara, Shitake Mushroom Marinara, Nona's Meat Sauce, Carbonara, Alfredo and Sausage Vodka Cream. We also produce (IQF) flat, rolled cuts of pasta along with ravioli and tortellini. These products are designed to be used seperately depending on end-user needs, but we also developed a pasta cooker that cooks 6 orders of pasta in less than 3 minutes. The pasta cooker requires no vent hood and only takes 12" of counter top space. If you take all we have to offer as a program anyone could be in the pasta business with minimal investment, employees and inventory.
