We accept the following payment instruments:
A. Transferable ffsblc (fully funded stanby letter of credit)
B. transferable ffdlc (fully funded documentary letter of credit)
C. 100% bank guarantee.
LOI & bcl:
- we only accept LOI & bcl from the issuer of the L/ C and addressed to ichamara commodities.
- no LOI & bcl from the buyer agent / broker will be accepted.
- LOI without bank information and soft probe authorizations will not be considered.
- we hold soft quotes for 48 hours. No faxed LOI. No fco will be given before receipt of an acceptable LOI. Fco will be given 24 hours after we receive the LOI and bcl.
No LOI. No fco. No exceptions
Ncnda:
We will sign ncnda with the buyer mandate and the end buyer. No broker chains.
POP-proof of product:
We offer POP bank to bank though swift code using our bank message system. After you sign the original contract, we will open a 2% PB and you will receive POP.
Inspection:
A sgs inspection will be done at the port of loading at seller cost.
Target price: no ridiculous offers. Must be consistent with the current market.
