Housing simply extends outward from behind a hidden cover plate, exposing a dual-lamp light source which is instantly energized to provide bright, even illumination along the path of egress. Upon restoration of power, the lamps are extinguished and the lens housing automatically returns to the closed position, hidden from sight!
Fixtures are provided with a neutral finish that can be customized with paint or wallpaper. We also offer a wide range of custom colors to satisfy your design needs.
The unit is remarkably fast and easy to install. Maintenance is hassle free, as the battery and lamps are easily accessible by simply removing the front cover plate.
EgressLite is compact, no bulky back box to contend with. The uni-box construction, with its removable flange option allows for one unit to satisfy both pre/post drywall installations. Unit can also be surface mounted, perfect for brick or concrete applications.
Fixtures are available in both 6-volt or 12-volt self-contained battery units or as single 12-volt remote fixtures. Self-contained units contain a sealed lead calcium battery and utilize an automatic solid state charger, with a universal transformer with brown-out protection. A combination test switch/AC-on LED ensure proper charging.
The remote fixtures are available in a variety of lamp wattages and input voltages.
