A visit to the yard only after all documents, contract and any others have been signed and sealed by both buyer and seller.

LOI and BCL a must. We will not accept any inquiry from any buyer that does not issue an LOI and BCL. Absolutely no exceptions..

No phone calls, email only until contract has been signed and sealed by both buyers and sellers.

By only accepting emails, this way we have a record to refer back to of what was said to a buyer and what price was offered in case we have to reference the information.

LOI and BCL requirements

LOI must be on the end buyers professional letterhead only

LOI must contain all of the end buyers contact information such as end buyers full name, clearly readable, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and must have a current date.
No sanitized documents will be accepted.

LOI must also state the following information:
Product name
Quantity
Delivery port
Target price
Specifications
Payment method

BCL requirements

BCL must be on the banks full professional letterhead

Bank must be a top world bank
Must have a current date
Must be signed and sealed by at least one bank officer or more.
Must show buyers financial capability to match the amount of the quantity of the product being purchased.

Only real buyers that agree to accept the above terms and requirements need reply.

Things to remember

1) No sanitized documents allowed
2) No broker chains
3) No site visit until contract has been signed by buyer and seller
4) Price is firm
