P. A. T. Homes provides, for the Traditinal Homes Series, a complete home package that include: rough framing for the interior and exterior walls, windows, exterior doors, roof and overhang system. Once the home package is assembled, the local contractors will finish construction, utilizing local subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, services etc. Homes has approximately 200 plans for residential and comercial applications. Homes can be built as duplexes, condominiums, apartments, offices adn the likes. We supply blueprints, printed instructions, and videotape. Very Cost Effective for several reasons: A. Because each unit is constructed in a controlled environment, homes are assured a great level of quality control. This construction technique also eliminates the cost of construction theft and vandalism. B. Bulk purchasing abilities enable us to reduce our cost and pass the saving on to you and homebuyer.
