One Source Components was founded under the philosophy of circling the customer at all aspects of their business. This includes meeting their service, quality, cost and forecasting needs in order to better serve them in their roles to meet year over year objectives while not sacrificing any of their core business metrics. Our core objectives are to provide everything the founder personally expected of the more than 200 plus suppliers he dealt with over his recent years in purchasing for a fortune 500 company. Elimination of un-necessary waste, providing zero lead time product combined with vendor managed inventory programs to our customers will set One Source Components apart from other suppliers. In addition, we have extensive experience in direct sourcing various products in China on a project by project basis and ensuring the expectation level on quality and low cost products to the US business market while minimizing lead times through invested inventory programs and communication. One of our core strengths is that we have cultivated long term relationships with trusted Asian team members who once were suppliers. This provides us the capability of meeting face-to-face with Chinese businesses to develop the necessary relationships and bring understanding to meet customer expectations while not over / under specifying our customer requirements. We have no limitations to specific areas of expertise as our background is broad in the area of manufactured components.
