Uviri, LLC opened for business on Earth Day (April 22), 2009. The name "Uviri" was created from the words "Ultra" and the Latin word "viri". A loose translation of "viri" is green, healthy, fresh, having abundant energy, or youthful.

Our goal is to introduce environmentally responsible products.

Uviri, LLC expands the traditional engineering approach to include energy efficiency, cost, environmental impact, and quality in the design process. To optimize a design based on all these factors, knowledge of the costs, the chemicals used in the manufacture of a component, and actual in-house testing are required. Uviri, LLC has created an extensive network of component suppliers and manufacturers to support our design process. While Uviri, LLC is a privately held company located in the south, central United States, our network reaches from Florida to California, and from the USA to multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region.

Uviri, LLC uses a metric to evaluate a wide range of potential products that could be improved. By using this metric, the products that have the greatest potential to create a positive impact on our environment are determined. Once a product type is identified, the Uviri, LLC team and network focus on designing an affordable and environmentally responsible product line. As we go through the design process, novel inventions are identified for patent protection.
