With susbtantial experience in limestone mining and quicklime production in Northern Vietnam, we can supply calcium oxide with consistent quality, in big quantity and at competitive price for various applications.
Our calcium oxide is produced using limestone from Ninh Binh province which is rich in calcium. We can supply up to 3,000 tons per month to domestic market as well as for export through port of Hai Phong, Vietnam.

In house production of Quick Lime the raw material for Hydrated Lime affords the company very high degree of integrated quality control. Our product application :
Steel manufacturing :
Lime is used to convert iron into pig iron. In the blast furnace, finely ground or granular limestone (with a low sulfur and alkali content) is used together with finely ground lime to convert ore into pig iron. The pig iron is later processed into steel
Paper Industry :
The first is for the sulfite pulping process. This process uses acid to dissolve the glue (lignin) that holds the fibers (cellulose) together. When acidic water discharged from this process is neutralized, lime is the reagent of choice in order to safely elevate the pH
Water treatment :
In terms of annual tonnage, lime ranks first among chemicals used in the treatment of potable and industrial water supplies. Lime is used by many municipalities to improve water quality, especially for water softening and arsenic removal.
Asphalt :
Lime is used in hot mix asphalt as an anti-strip additive and as mineral filler. Numerous State Transportation Departments have found that incorporating hydrated lime into hot mix asphalt adds years to the life of a highway, thus making the addition cost effective .
Environmental Remediation :
Environmental remediation includes a multitude of lime applications. The following applications illustrate a few examples of the use of lime as the reagent of choice when responding to environmental problems.
Soil Stabilization :
Using lime is an effective way to modify soils - improving both workability and load-bearing characteristics while increasing stability and impermeability. Quicklime and lime kiln dust can also be used to dry wet soils at construction sites, reducing downtime and providing an improved working surface.
