Nautilus Servis company was founded in 1990 as a family owned business for providing sales and after sales services for various products, but two main business areas diversified from the start. Those are Sun protection window accessories and water faucets, bathroom accessories and cartridges program. Our field installation and repair service in customer residences was and still is our strong point that separates us from other companies. In those turbulent times in Yugoslavia with hyperinflation and country on verge of civil war, we were only company that provided 10 years warranty on products and installation, but our company founder Mr. Dedovic was keen to let our customers know they can count on us and our products even that everything else in our country was uncertain. Such vision and dedication have been rewarded by customer loyalty for past 2 decades creating reputation that grew from regional to national.
Through years of working in service industry we have generated lots of long term business partners who became our friends and trusties. In our daily communication we found out they were stressed out by their supply chain problems. Inappropriate goods, lower than ordered quantities, late deliveries, transportation difficulties, poor customs related services, abundant and confusing paperwork cost too much money, time and effort therefore they had to employ teams of people to be capable handle such tasks. Unfortunately in purchasing/ procurement business there was lack of professionals with international experience and proved track record.
They needed professional purchasing service they could outsource when needed and this was noticed by our management team. Initiative for creating new services was born and we focused on developing countries for our supplier base. China as world's factory was naturally our first choice and after creation of our team in China in 2004, we made first imports and worked on our consulting services. Since than our import and consulting business grew and became more demanding, so on January 8th 2008 we founded our sister company Asia Trade Consultant ltd. in Hong Kong and we started to offer professional purchasing service to clients all over the world. Also our Chinese suppliers got chance to provide after sales, installation and maintenance services through us to support their products and equipment sold to clients in Balkan region.
