styleTex asia is a family business that started back in 1992 as Nasir textile to manufacture garment fabric for the local market.
With 14 years of experience in the local industry, we started our garment division as an export oriented company in 2006.
Our diversified product range includes T-Shirt, Polo-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodies, Tank tops/Singlets, Leggings, trousers, caps and other knitwear.
We have our own manufacturing unit in Narayanganj, an industrial zone located just 20 Kilometres from Dhaka, capital city of Bangladesh. Our excellent factory set-up allows us to cater to customers' custom needs and individual attention to each program. We can work on very short lead time for urgent orders.
We understand the most important factor in garment manufacturing is good production management though dynamic quality control system in place. We have an experienced team of QC as well as a strong merchandising team to make sure our customers get the best solution to their needs.
We strongly believe that sales is not just a mere trade, it's an exchange of trust. We have been receiving repeat orders from our clients all over the world, especially from UK, NZ, AUS, US, Germany and Italy.
From yarn sourcing to knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing/embo and finishing/packing, our dedicated production team is there to ensure every details and guidelines for the program is followed up strictly.
We use mostly soft combed cotton for our orders. The yarn/cotton is the primary and most vital phase in ensuring the topmost quality. We take this part seriously so we have the best output in knitting and dyeing of the fabric. We also use different types of wash as per requirement to make the fabric soft and tender. We are very selective in using Dyeing chemicals for colour fastness and shrinkage control.
As most of our orders are custom-branded by print/embroidery and/or applique, we have an in-house designer who can fix any design related problem and make suggestions to customer quickly if necessary.
For printing, we use automated screen printing for big runs like Star Wars & Disney while transfer or flock are used for short runs of similar category orders. As for short run orders we do both automated and hand screen printing methods. We get the embroidery job done at our associated embroidery units and they are world class.
Our in-line QCs, Finishing QCs and Quality Managers are deployed in their respective stations to make sure our skilled and experienced sewing operators do their best job. Each and every single piece of garments is scanned thorough at different levels to ensure customers feel safe when they place their valuable program with us.
