We have an adequate variety of fabric samples, in house sampling department with modern machines and equipped with state of the art technologies for the development of samples for our customers. Our sample makers, who have over 12 years experience in sample development, have developed the expertise of producing authentic quality of sample as per the requirements of the customer.
To provide customer's satisfaction, Tex Channel Ltd. concentrates on the following initiatives:
# After receiving L/C, we prepare Order Card and Production Plan within 4 working days and submit to customer and concern factory.
# After getting confirmation about the schedule of production plan from factory, we proceed for production and reconfirm customer in details
# From the very first step of production, we prepare individual Daily Production Report Sheet of knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing for each order. For the better understanding of the production situation, each working day we provide customer with Daily Production Report Sheet by mail.
# Before starting bulk production, we send fabric by colour, all accessories, pre production sample to our customer for approval.
# To ensure fabric quality, we control each finished fabric lot by dia in our own lab. To control fabric quality, we concentrate on colour shade (maintained by our own light box), GSM, shrinkage, etc.
# Before ship the goods, we provide customer with total lab report so that customer may confirm about production quality.
Shipping/Documentation:
Being a supply chain service provider, we have knowledge and expertise to provide total logistics and transportation solutions to our customers. Our qualified personnel work in close association with leading freight forwarders, air and shipping lines at various locations. In addition, Tex Channel Ltd. can provide the customer specific value added services by pre advising all shipments on a regular basis with tentative arrival dates.
