We are a BUYER'S OFFICE indeed as well as a LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE OF FOREIGN COMPANIES interested in our domestic market.
For BUYERS interested in Brazilian foods we must inform them that we only get serious offers from local producers & exporters against presentation of a LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION SAYING WE ARE THEIR BUYER'S OFFICE. Paper must have full address, phones, e-mails, website and in this case BUYERS must pay us a commission part on all orders accepted and shipped. A specific MUTUAL AGREEMENT must be negotiated. We may also follow-up ( physically ) all the procedures of loading container, handling in/out until goods are into the vessel.
If the BUYERS are ready to accept quotation from Brazilian trading companies and NOT NECESSARILY FROM THE PRODUCER ITSELF, so it won't be necessary 'cause our commission will included in the pricing already.
