We would like to introduce ourselves as the premium sunflower oil producers in Lebanon. Our company, pulper, produces slim cold pressed sunflower oil, the highest quality oil available in Lebanon and the region. After 5 years in the market, we have gained the largest market share along with different quality oils produced by some of the leading world companies. After our study of the oil& fat market and given the marketability of our product, we have decided to focus on mass distributing slim oil in the retail/catering market as the healthiest alternative vegetable oil with a very reasonable shelf price.
Our factory was built under the direct supervision of krupp, one of the main suppliers of equipment for vegetable oil factories. And krupp sends its specialists regularly to our facilities for inspection and quality control. Our state of the art factory, which is unique in the middle east, is completely automated and computerized and vertically integrates all the following production steps(seed storage, pressing, refining, and bottling/packaging). Our in-house laboratory conducts quality control tests each hour so that all the norms are respected and each liter of oil leaving our premises is of the highest quality.
The feature that distinguishes slim from other available oils in the market is the way in which the oil is extracted from the seeds. The oil is expelled mechanically from the seeds at relatively low temperature, thus preserving its nutritional value and quality. This contrasts with the conventional solvent extraction method which uses a petrochemical oil solvent namely hexane leading to the deterioration and nutritional loss of the oil. The container sizes we produce are 1l& 2l pet bottles and 5l,10l, & 20l HDPE gallons.
To our knowledge there is no product in the market that comes close in rivaling the quality of our oil, so with the close collaboration between our two companies we hope to successfully spread the product in as many retail outlets as possible and reach as many consumers as possible.
