Established in July, 2008, Ningbo Haocheng Synthetic Leather Co., Ltd is an enterprise of PU synthetic leather manufacturing. The headquarters of the company is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, also with the factory in Linhai which is a near city to Ningbo. The company covers a total area of 75,000 m2 with the overall investment of about RMB 220 million, and the whole annual output is 70 million meters. In 2010, Haocheng built a new factory in Linhai, which has an area of 55,000sqm. The new factory will start its production in October, 2012 and the expected annual output will be more than 50 million meters of PU.Haochen has got rapid development since the foundation of the company. One third of the existing 600 staff is related to management and technique and have strong sense of research and creativity in leather products. Meanwhile, Haocheng owns 15 dry & wet processing production lines and 10 coating lines along with supporting facilities of painting, boarding, and peeling. In order to meet environmental requirements, our company has invested RMB 4 million to purchase environmental testing equipment. As soon as the products that have environmental requirements are made ready, we will test each part of them to make sure they are qualified to be shipped out. Moreover, with the government's cooperation, we give our employees environmental training to develop their environmental awareness.
