Nantong Songhao Garments are belong to Shanghai xingbo yiyuan imp & exp Co., ltd established in 2000, are located in the north of yangtse river triangle econormy circle with good environment and convenient transportation. It is situated Nantong, the advanced production base of woven products in Jiangsu province, 100kilometers to Shanghai city, 200kilometers to Nanjing city, at the cross of 204 national highway, xinchang expressay.
The fabric factoryis occupying an area of 20, 000 square meters. Now we hold 80 sets of rapier looms, 40 sets of jacquard looms. They are capable of producing grey fabrics 4, 500, 000meters per year, including high density poplin, producing with yarn count from 50s to 100s, and oxford, crimp, cutting motif, accordion pleat, double-layer, jacquard, dobby, chambray, check cord poplin, yarn-dyed corduroy, also prints, linen, ramie and many kinds of man-made fabrics with yarn count under 40s. Our products are sold to USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, hongkong, Macao and many grate cities at home.
Nantong Songhao garments Co., ltd is located in econormy developing zone too, occupying 30, 000 square meters. Now it hold 12 production lines as well as 150 staff members including 20managerial staff members, 4 designers, 4engineers of or above middle-class, 100skilled workers with over 5 years' experiences, 50 workers with over 3 years working background. With 100 sets of sewing machines, and 54 sets of button lockers, trimming and ironing machines. It has production capability of 3 million sets garments pre year.
