Our company is a comprehensive enterprise that integrates both foundry and machining. The new project covers an area of 58,000 square meters with a factory area of 25,000 square meters. Fixed assets investment reach as much as 180 million yuan, The company invests in such equipments as Sinto ACE-5 automatic molding line from Japan, FVN-IV automatic pouring machine, FBO-III automatic molding line, Inductotherm medium frequency induction furnace, auto-control sand production line and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining equipment, ect. Our company is also equipped with advanced detection equipments, such as APL spectral detector from Switzerland, 300KN computer-controlled universal tensile testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, thermal analyzers and other equipments. Casting production line as planned by the company enjoys an annual production capacity of 45,000 tons. The production category includes such iron products as gray cast iron, ductile iron, primarily oriented toward automotive, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, valves, fire and other products.
