Founded in 2006 with registered capital RMB60 million,total investment RMB180.4 million and area 333000 square meter,Shanbao Edible Mushroom Biology Co., Ltd is located in Ecological Foodstuff Zone,Yangcheng Town,Fenyang City,Shanxi Province,China, neighbourhood China greatest alcohol manufacture BRAVE DRAGON group.
What we mainly produce?
There are four series:
1.Different taste mushroom seasoning sauce
2.Freeze drying instant mushroom soup
3.Delicious mushroom snacks
4.Whole and sliced freeze dry shiitake(FD).
How about our production capacity?
Advanced machine from Japan Sayo and Germany Bitzer is where we begin, based on which we develop instant soup production line, sauce prodcution line and mushroom snack line to meet with modern food idea to "eat healthier and healthier".
Twenty tons fresh mushrooms are consumed every day averagely and 3500 tons finished products output every year.
How is our product quality?
We have got HACCP, ISO9001:2008,QS certification from year 2009 and revelant management system are executed strictly in company sustainingly. Furthermore, application for certification FDA and SGS are in progress.
Honourable reputation: National Ministry of agriculture title our products as "Pollution free agricultural products";China council for the promotion of private enterprise awarded our freeze drying soup innovative technology golden medal on november,2009.
Material source and safety?
Except 500 hectares self planting base, we also signed contracts with surrounding farmers and support them from substrates, spawns, technique training and harvest to ensure clean and stable material supply.
Most importantly, our substrates are made of vinasse not cottonseed foots which could greatly reduce pesticide content.
Is the transportation quick and economical?
Located in industry base, with broad storage and trasportation space, the factory is only one mile from national highway road which greatly guarantee quick and low-cost goods transferring.
