Founded in 1970, Shandong Ningjin Spring Co., Ltd. is an assigned manufacturer by China's Ministry of Railways. Casting parts and steel springs are the main products of our company. Steel springs:We specialize in all kinds of cold and hot coiled springs with the diameter ranging from 0.1mm to 90mm, especially railway, engineering, mine mechanism and vehicle springs. Our main products include compression springs, extension springs, heavy duty extension springs, precise extension springs, power springs, heavy duty torsion springs, precise torsion springs and wire formed and metal stamped products.Casting parts:We produce all kinds of steel casting parts with the materials of 200-400, 270-500, 310-570 and 340-640, all kinds of grey casting parts with the materials of 150, 200, 250, 300 and 350 and all kinds of spheroidal-graphite iron parts with the materials of 300 and 900.In order to meet the requirements of all customers for steel springs, our company has established 4 new standard automatic spring production lines. Our spring molding uses intermediate frequency heating furnaces and our heat treatment uses resistance furnaces which are controlled by computers. We now have 12 sets of various kinds of electric furnaces, 6 automatic spring coiling machines, 4 shot blasting machines, 6 spring testers and a set of spring electrostatic spraying and japanning drying equipment. We have all kinds of production facilities and testing apparatuses.For casting parts, we have two sand casting lines and two lost foam casting lines.To attain perfect quality, our company was certified by ISO9001 quality assurance system in 2002 and ISO/TS16949 in 2008.
