What we do?
A---Sales team gets the contacts and orders from the platforms (such as Alibaba, Global Sources and MFG), exhibitions (in Mainland China, HK, the USA and Germany), internet (Google, Bing, and so on), friends and customers (they are from the USA, Canada, France, Australia, etc.).
B---Engineers are responsible for checking every specification and requirement of the drawing from salespersons or customers and make sure there is no problem before production.
C---PMC and Purchase are going to prepare everything and help Production Dept. to do a good job.
D---Production Dept. is separated into two parts. One is sample production and the other runs production. We have no MOQ, and just do according to customers' demands, by CNC (4 axis is workable), lathes, turning & milling machines, punching, bending, wire cutting machines, etc.
E---Quality (PQC, FQC, IQC&OQC), step by step from material, dimension tolerance, surface treatment to hardness, by projector 2.5, CMM, high gauge, etc.
F---Shipping (Express with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc. air and sea transportation), with good package and fast way.
G---Service, any problem and requirement will be responded or handled in 24 hours by our service team.
