Zhejiang Xinli Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, located in Shangyu City, which enjoys beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, and local booming chemical industries. Our main products are eco-friendly acrylic copolymer emulsions with the registered trademark "COTHANES". Our products are used in construction coatings (such as styrene-acrylic emulsion & pure acrylic emulsion for exterior and interior latex paints), silicone-acrylic emulsions for real stone paints, elastomeric acrylic emulsions (for exterior elastomeric paints) and water proof mortar/slurry, acrylic/PU emulsions for textile printings & coatings, water based acrylic fiberglass alkali resistant coating glue/adhesives for fiberglass mesh coating, and patented acrylic emulsions for the construction of high-speed railway, and also acrylic thickening and dispersing additives.
Our company has passed ISO9001 quality system, environmental management system and management system of job safety and health certifications. Meanwhile, we have been awarded the title of "High-New Technology Enterprise of Zhejiang Province" and "High-New Technology Research and Development Centre of Zhejiang Province".
The acrylic emulsion series we developed gets the honorary titles as "National Torch Program Item", "National Key and New Product", "High-tech Products of Zhejiang Province", "Zhejiang Provincial Torch Program Item", "Special Science and Technology Item of Zhejiang Province", "Famous Brand of Shaoxing" and "Famous Trademark of Shaoxing", etc.
In order to cope with fast growing needs and supply high performance water based emulsion products, we established a new factory with the current total capacity of 150,000 tons per year. We have a state-of-art and specialized provincial high-tech research and development center.
