2003: Setup R&D center and testing center at national level;
2005: Tianjin Xinhe S&T Co., Ltd. was established;
2009: Acquired Tianjin Zhongyangxunda Motorcycle Co., Ltd.
2010: Acquired Qianhuangdao Automobile refitting factory; Started electric car manufacturing;
2011: Wuxi Bodo Vehicle development Co., Ltd. was established.
