We are specialized in aquatic products processing and our main products including: BQF,IQF washed crawfish tail meat fat-off, European Frozen cooked whole crawfish in Dill Brine, frozen cooked fat-on crawfish tail meat, frozen cooked whole crawfish seasoned with chilli powder, frozen cooked unseasoned crawfish tail meat and catfish fillets , silver carp etc.. Our materials comes from our own Breeding areas-China FOZILING RESERVOR(China national drinking water source protection area) and WANFOHU Tourism places (Original Ecological Environment Pure Natural Quality)
In addition, We are also specialized in the production of China tea. Such as Chunmee Tea 41022 series, 9371, 9367series,9380 series,etc.
Our products are exported to United States, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia etc.
We have formulated and announced many documents, including "Food Safety and Quality Handbook", "GMP", "SSOP", "HACCP plan", "Laboratory Management Manual ", "Food Preservation Plan" etc. and implemented it. In order to standardize management, our company has established and carried out ISO9001:2008 Qualisty System, ISO14001:2004 Environment System, ISO22000:2005 Food Security System and we have obtained EU No.FDA and HACCP all these certificates.

Our company has 300 employees, including 12 technicians and 35 administrative staff members. We have domestic advanced production lines for crawfish raw material screening, sorting, cooking and cooling. With the acquisition of advanced production and testing equipment, such as plate type instant freezers, boilers, metal detectors, etc., we are able to produce 1800 tons of finished crawfish per year.

We have established a laboratory to ensure the safety of export products. All Chemical Analysts have accepted training offered by Anhui Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center and they are responsible for carrying out microbiological tests on raw materials and finished products. We entrust Anhui Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center to have tests on pesticide residuals and veterinary drug residuals, ensuring the hygiene security of export food.
